I would think .... it would REV UP YOUR ENGINE !! lol ... Even though motor oil is toxic, poisonous, flamable, combustible, refined and processed.. and you decided to make a cocktail with cool-aid (humm) I don't think you'll die anytime soon...NOTE: Just don't pass the coolaid around... ugh.

Ha,ha, no you'll live, if it was a quantity it would give you the runs,your body has a knack of taking care of itself, so I wouldn't worry about it. Motor oil is probably a good thing to get once in a while - there's lots of bacteria who like to eat motor oil.

Its probably not lethal but if ur worried then call poison control.
