Do you have to seal around the cpu when cooling a computer with mineral oil?

I ve been looking at this type of cooling method lately and seems fairly viable but sealing the cpu with silicone to stop the mineral oil getting into the cpu socket seems difficult . Also if I need to do this can anyone show me some sites on how to do this properlyDo you have to seal around the cpu when cooling a computer with mineral oil?
You need something like in the link. You just don't run oil all over your CPU.Instead of water you use oil.Do you have to seal around the cpu when cooling a computer with mineral oil?
I think that's a myth. You'd see effects on the other exposed circuitry as well.

As far as the mineral oil bath concept goes, it's a little silly and a lot messy. Install a radiator instead.
