Could using mineral oil in a PC liquid cooling system potentially any of the cooling equipment?

The reason I'm asking if this is a viable option is because mineral oil doesn't conduct electricity, but I'm not sure just how viscous it is. This is going to be my first build so I also don't want to risk frying my computer by using water.Could using mineral oil in a PC liquid cooling system potentially any of the cooling equipment?
Remember this is a COOLING system. Water takes the heat away from your components and cools them in the radiator. If you used oil in your liquid cooling system the oil would get hot and stay hot. Think of how long it takes for cooking oil to cool down.
