Freon cooling system for hydraulic oil in machine system?

Is there a freon cooling system which can cool the hydraulic oil more effective than fan cooling system or water cooling system.

My concept is as foolows,

(1) Use a compressor and fron (similar to the air conditionor)

(2) Let hydraulic oil and freon go into one container, which has separate pipes inside for oil and freon separately. This will prevent oil and freon from mixing together.

I think this will be more efficient than water and air and will not take too much space. If there is some equipment like what I need, it will help a lot, because our machine are used in Saudi Arabia and the temparature there is very high. Hence the air and water cooling system is not enough.

Any information will help a lot. Thanks!!

No one can answer this question! Because it's way out of proportion!Freon cooling system for hydraulic oil in machine system?
no . even an ac has to remove heat from its self to get cool. as hydro oil will always operate over ambiant air temp add size and water mist on oil cooler, rather than ac which would suffer same problems of heat exchange ,plus expence and complex .think in the box on this one Report Abuse
