Working in the oil and gas industry , career change ?

i have been workin for halliburton as a trainee cementer offshore for about 8 months, i dont really the job - its to borning and slow, however dont mind workin offshore, i would preefer to worki in a team. any ideas which line of work i could branch into havin my experiance, what companies or line of work do ui stand a good chance in gettin hired,Working in the oil and gas industry , career change ?
Apply for a drilling rig, or a service crew. I agree that cementing is boring. How about taking some courses and joining the HSE team.
