Hello, I'm not too sure about the ';specific'; diploma for HSSE; however you may want to get in touch with HR of a few Oil %26amp; gas companies to inquire about this - perhaps there is some certification for this industry. Also every Oil %26amp; Gas company in different regions has their own set of standards for HSSE.
