i have a 1980 suzuki gs1100 which is a air cooled motor. i want to upgrade with a oil cooler. i have one but dont know how to install it. do i drill into the oil fiter cover for the two lines connecting them to the cooler or have them hooked up to the oil pressure switch?I have a gs1100 and want to upgade a oil cooler?
there should be an adapter for the oul cooler to hook up to, if not you can use a brass fitting to hook upthe lines to the place that the sending unit hooks into, or make a special fitting for the drain bolt and make another fitting( a t fitting) make sure you use teflon tape
