Oil in the cooling system is a bad sign.
Should only be water and coolant in their.
Best case: you have a blown cylinder head gasket.
Worst case: a crack between coolant chamber and some other part of block or head.
A shop can diagnose this using a compression test on each cylinder and tell you where it has blown.
